Interim CEO/ Senior V.P. of Business Dev.

Don Ross

Don is the Interim CEO/Senior VP of Business Development for George Gordon Developments Ltd. He has over 30 years experience in business development and project management. He has been a part of the management team of GGDL for the past 7 years and was the lead negotiator for George Gordon First Nation finalizing the relationship agreement between BHP and George Gordon First Nation. Don has a national network of colleagues and associates in Business, Economic Development and Human Resource Development.

Terry Bird

Terry Bird is a proud member of George Gordon First Nation, He holds a Business Administration Diploma from the Saskatchewan Poly-technical Institute where he also specialized as a Certified Buyer by the Saskatchewan Supply Chain Professional Organization (SCMP). Terry has supported numerous corporations throughout his 25-year business career, in the areas of Human Resources, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs & Indigenous Relations. With a wealth of experience in leadership roles within Mining, Crown Corporations, and the Private sector, Terry takes great pride in his accomplishments. As the V.P. of George Gordon Developments Ltd., he and his team are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity in the company's Business Developments and Corporate Affairs.

Director of Business Development and Strategy

Josh Montana

Josh Montana BBA - Director of Business Development and Strategy is a passionate business minded individual from the George Gordon First Nation. Josh has spent the last six years in the oil, gas, potash, and renewable energy sectors in western Canada. His experiences include operations, engagement, governance, economic development, and Indigenous relations. Josh previously served as Vice President of Stewardship and Relations for Musqua Environmental Services (formerly WLCS) He possesses a range of qualifications and career accomplishments such as; Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in commerce, Founder of the Montana Foundation, and has been a member of the board for organizations such as Namerind Housing Corp., George Gordon Minor Sports, and GGFN TLE Holdings.

Chief Finance Officer

Randle Green

Randle Green is the CFO at GGDLP, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance leadership. He has worked in various organizations, including The Mosaic Company and Bayer CropScience. Randle has expertise in manufacturing, government, and not-for-profit sectors. He has extensive knowledge of the Potash mining industry from his senior positions at multiple companies. At GGDLP, Randle contributes his expertise in business evaluation and finance leadership. The company aims to generate cash flow through profitable ventures and become a frontrunner in renewable energy. Randle plays a crucial role in driving ongoing projects and fostering strong relationships.

Manager of Corporate Affairs

Danielle Pratt

Danielle Pratt, a George Gordon First Nation member, is the Manager of Corporate Affairs for GGDL. Danielle has been with GGDL since 2018 and is currently a 3rd Year Business student at First Nations University of Canada. Danielle has a wealth of professional experience, including training in media and digital marketing, national building code regulations, and Indigenous Human Resources.

Manager of Training & Employment

Brad Spence

Brad Spence, a George Gordon First Nation member, is the Manager of Training and Employment within the Wicehtowak Workforce Development Program. Brad joined the team in 2022 and prior to his position Brad has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from positions such as Heavy Duty Mechanic and Operator, Crane Operator, Parts Manager, Human Resource Manager, Information Technology Tech, and more. Before assuming his current position with the WWDP team, Brad had an impressive career in Live Event Production, spanning over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale music festivals and business events in 22 different countries. Brad's expertise in teaching and time management is well-refined, and he possesses an extensive toolkit of skills.

Training & Employment Coordinator

Jared Bitternose

Jared Bitternose, a George Gordon First Nation member, is employed as a Training and Employment Coordinator for the Wicehtowak Workforce Program. Jared looks forward to learning and working alongside the business professionals at George Gordon Developments who continue to help to grow and move GGFN forward. Jared is currently working towards finishing up his Education Degree and has just over a year left. Prior to working with WWDP, Jared worked as Job Coach at Ranch Ehrlo Society for 10 years. For the past two years Jared worked on the Goerge Gordon First Nation as the Labor Force Development Coordinator connecting community members with Employment out at BHP's Jansen Mine. Being able to work and help out on his home community has always been a goal of Jareds.

Training & Employment Coordinator

Jeanine Desjarlais

Jeanine Desjarlais is a Training and Employment Coordinator within the Wicehtowak Workforce Development Program. Jeanine has her certificate in Office Administration from Saskatchewan Polytech and recently earned her Project Management Course from University of Regina. Prior to her position Jeanine comes with a background in working within Crown Corporations and Metis businesses within Saskatchewan. Jeanine is dedicated to helping Indigenous people strive within the workforce development and breaking any barriers along the way. She is looking forward to growing her knowledge, working with partners and growing within GGDL.

Administrative Assistant

Raven Johnstone

Raven Johnstone, a member of the Mistawasis Nêhiyawak First Nation, currently holds the position of Administrative Assistant at George Gordon Developments Ltd. Raven started working with the team in 2022 as a Summer Student, right after finishing her Office Administration Certificate from Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Following the successful completion of her Summer Student position, she was offered a full-time role as an Administrative Assistant. However, Raven will be taking a temporary leave from her position in the upcoming year due to maternity reasons.

Administrative Assistant

Keely Bitternose

Keely Bitternose, a member of the George Gordon First Nation, is currently transitioning into the position of Administrative Assistant at George Gordon Developments Ltd. Keely started working with the team in December. She is currently attending the University of Regina and is working toward finishing her degree in Psychology. Being able to work with the members of her community has always been a goal of hers and she is excited to be a part of the team. She temporarily started a year contract with GGDL. She is excited to work administration, work with the partners and overall expand her knowledge and skills in business.
